Prathib graduated from University of London in 2011 and obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice in 2013. Prior to commencing pupilage in the Chambers of Ashok Kandiah, he spent close to 3 years as a Claims Executive at Echelon Claims Consultants Sdn Bhd under the Malaysian Bar’s Professional Indemnity Insurance Scheme. Upon being admitted to the Malaysian Bar, he was retained as a Legal Assistant at Messrs Kandiah Partnership. Prathib’s main areas of practice are in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation.
