(i) Divorce – We are able to advise our clients in single applications and joint applications on divorce settlement, custody of children (if any) and maintenance. Single application is where only one party in a marriage that wants to petition for a divorce and a joint divorce is where both husband and wife are in agreement for the divorce. We will help our clients to negotiate for an amicable settlement, maintenance which is legit under the law.

(ii) Adoption – We are able to help our client adopt children legally and ensure smooth transition from one party to the other under the Malaysia law. Adopted children will get their interest protected as well.
